Product Warranty
All products from Mariedent Australia Pty Ltd are guaranteed against defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase. Should you discover any damage or defect upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service on 1300944438 and we will rectify the problem. Our products also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All our customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Delivery time
All our orders are shipped to you via the Australia Post eParcel service. Estimated delivery times are:
• Sydney : 2-3 business days
• Other NSW: 2-4 business days
• Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide metro area: 2-5 business days
• Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 business days

Returns
